Below FAQ are some common concerns of our clients before purchasing the Items, if you have other questions, please just send it to support@luxor.pk
We have the facility to order over the phone, via Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.

Delivery is free for orders over Rs 2000. Orders less than Rs 2000 have a flat rate of Rs 200.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Unfortunately there are occasions that high demand for our products may mean that we become temporarily out of stock, in such cases the dispatch of your order may be delayed. If this happens we endeavor to contact you immediately with the necessary information. Within 3-4 working days delivery timings.

It is well ensured that your order will not be lost or damaged. However if such instance takes place you will receive a full refund on your luxor.pk takes complete responsibility of such matters.

Please note that orders may take up to 2 full business days to process in our warehouse before shipping. Therefore, orders with standard shipping may take from 4 to 6 business days to arrive. For more information visit our delivery services policy.
Once an order has begun processing, we are unable to make any changes to it. This includes updates to shipping information as well as product selections. Please be sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.

Sorry we do not deliver abroad at present.
